Build your service catalog
Your service catalog is the menu clients book from. Beyond a name and price, each service can carry add-ons, walk settings, and a billing unit. Here's the full picture.
The short version
- Open your services in Settings.
- Add or edit a service - price, length, and any extras.
- Reorder, deactivate, or archive services any time.
On your phone
Open the More tab, tap Settings, then Bookable services. Tap Add service (or Edit on an existing one) to set:
- Name, category, price, and duration - the basics.
- Walk type and max group size - for dog walking, choose Private or Group.
- Charge per dog and an additional pet price - for per-pet pricing.
- Unit - how it's billed (per booking, per night, or per hour).
- Add-on - mark a service as an add-on and choose which services it applies to.
Reorder services with the up and down arrows, and Deactivate or Remove the ones you're not using.
On the web
In the left sidebar, open Settings, then Service Catalog. Add or edit services inline with the same fields, reorder with the arrows, and use the Inactive and Archived sections to manage the rest.
Good to know
- Deactivate vs remove: deactivate to hide a service without losing it; archived services can be restored later.
- Add-ons don't stand alone - they attach to the services you choose.
