Add your services and pricing
Your services are what clients book and what you get paid for. Add each one with a price and a length, and it's ready to schedule.
The short version
- Go to Settings and open your services.
- Add a service with a name, price, and length.
- Save - it's ready to book.
On your phone
- On the More tab, tap Settings, then Bookable services.
- Tap Add service.
- Fill in the details:
- Name - for example, "60-minute private walk".
- Category - dog walking, sitting, boarding, grooming, training, or daycare.
- Price and Duration - what it costs and how long it takes.
- Charge per dog - on by default, so a second pet adds a charge. Set the additional pet price if it differs.
- For dog walking, choose Private or Group and a max group size.
- Tap Save. Your service is live.
On the web
- In the left sidebar, open Settings, then Service Catalog.
- Click Add Service, fill in the same details, and click Add Service to save.
Good to know
- Add-ons are optional extras (like a nail trim) you attach to a service - mark "This is an add-on" and choose which services it applies to.
- You can edit, reorder, deactivate, or archive any service later from the same screen.
