Seven nights. Fourteen meals. One conversation at the door.
Pet boarding software for independent professionals.
See how it worksYou were told at drop-off, with a leash in one hand
Half a cup twice a day, the blue bowl, soak it first, and she will not eat if the other one is watching. That is four facts, delivered once, at the door, by someone who is late for the airport.
Then they text at nine the first night to check. Not because they doubt you. Because they know they said it too fast.
Written down once, and it travels with the animal
A feeding routine belongs to the pet, not to one stay. Record it once and it is there for the next booking, and for whoever covers when you cannot.
Time, food, amount and a note. Amount is free text on purpose, because “half a tin” is how people actually say it. More on pet profiles and health.
The vet you need at 2am is not the vet on file
Every product asks for the regular vet. A regular vet is closed at 2am, which is exactly when an overnight stay goes wrong.
On file everywhere

Emergency clinic
Name, phone, address, and the ceiling you are pre-authorised to spend.
The spend limit turns the worst conversation in this work, a call about money at 2am, into a number agreed in daylight. And before a stay is booked, Chester names which animal is missing which record. It does not stop you. It just does not let you find out later.
A good day for a boarded dog is not a good walk
A stay records four health signs: mood, energy, appetite and how they went. A walk records three. A groom records one. Nobody else is there at breakfast.
- Settled
- Mood
- Playful
- Energy
- Ate it all
- Appetite
- Normal
- Potty
The word is Settled, not Happy. Same value underneath; Chester uses a different word per service, because a good day for an animal away from home looks different from a good walk. See everything a report card holds.
They are trusting you with the whole routine
Not just their pet. The routine, the medication, the number you are allowed to spend if it goes wrong. Chester holds all of it so you do not have to.
