For Pet Owners
Buy and use a prepaid pack
A pack is a bundle of visits you pay for once. Each covered visit uses a credit, so there's no invoice for it.
The short version
- Open Service Packs and buy a pack.
- Book as usual, and the booking form tells you when your pack covers the visit.
On your phone
- Tap the More tab, then Settings, then Service Packs.
- Under the packs your provider offers, tap Buy.
- Check the total, then tap Continue to checkout and pay on the secure Stripe page.
On the web
- Click Service Packs in the left menu.
- Under Available packs, click Buy on the pack you want.
- Check the total, then click Continue to checkout and pay on the secure Stripe page.
Using your credits
- When a pack covers the visit, the form says so, for example "Covered by your pack (5 visits left)".
- On some requests it says the pack covers the visit only if credits remain when your provider confirms it.
- A visit uses one credit, or one per pet if your provider charges per pet.
- A pack covers only its own service, and one visit never draws from two packs.
- Credits are added once your payment goes through.
- Your packs show under Your active packs, with the visits left.
Good to know
- Cancelling early gives the credit back. Cancelling late enough to owe a fee uses the credit instead of charging you, never both.
- No Buy button? Your provider doesn't take online payments, so ask them to set the pack up for you.
- Some packs expire. The pack shows its expiry date, and counts down the days in the last two weeks.
