See your pet's report cards
A report card is the recap your provider sends after a visit - a warm rundown of how your pet's time went, with photos and a note. They arrive once a session is finished and your provider sends the card. Here is where to find them.
- Open your report cards from Home or the menu.
- Tap or click a card to open it.
- Read the photos, notes, and observations from that visit.
On your phone
- From Home, tap the Report Cards tile - or open the More tab and tap Session History.
- Tap any card in the list to open it.
Inside a card you will see a photo and video count for the session, a stats band showing your pet's Mood, the visit length (Together), and for a walk with a recorded route, the distance covered (Explored, in km), and a How the visit went section with the details your provider logged - things like energy, appetite, potty breaks, any medication given, and a highlight from the day. Walks with a recorded route also show a little map. From the card you can tap Book another visit or leave a review.
On the web
- Click Report Cards in the sidebar - or from Home, use View all next to Recent report cards.
- Pick a card from the list to read it alongside the others.
The web card shows the same recap: photos and videos, your pet's mood, energy, appetite, and potty notes, any medication, the provider's note, and - for walks that recorded one - the route and distance.
Good to know
- Cards appear after a session is completed and your provider chooses to send one. Until then, nothing shows for that visit.
- You control how much you receive. Open Settings, then Report Cards, and pick Use my provider's setting, Full details, Just photos, or Don't send me report cards. Your choice can only make delivery more private, never less.
- If report cards are off - because you chose Don't send me report cards, or your provider set them private - you will not receive them. On your phone the card view reads "Report cards are turned off," and on the web the report cards page sends you back to Home.
- Want a heads-up when one arrives? On your phone, the Report Cards settings screen has a Tell me when one arrives toggle for a push and an email.
- The route and distance only appear for walks where a GPS route was recorded during the session.
