Manage your subscription and plan
Your plan sets what's included in Chester. You can see your current plan in the app, and manage or change it on the web.
The short version
- See your current plan and what's included any time in Settings.
- Change your plan on the web - upgrade, downgrade, switch monthly or annual, or cancel there.
On the web
In the left sidebar, open Settings, then Subscription & Plan. You'll see your current plan, what each plan includes, and your billing details. From here you can upgrade or downgrade, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel - changes go through secure Stripe checkout.
On your phone
On Android, open Settings, then Subscription & Plan to see your current plan, its features, and your billing details, and to cancel if you need to. To upgrade or switch plans, use the web. On iPhone, plan management isn't shown in the app - manage your subscription on the web.
Good to know
- Upgrades and plan changes happen on the web. The app shows your plan; the website is where you change it.
- Managing your subscription requires the billing permission (owners by default).
